Abstract  From the viewpoint of sustainable development, the paper analyses the several styles of social equality in modern urban planning. By building the analysis model and using the spatial analysis of GIS, the paper inquires into the social equality in urban land use planning. All of the analysis models are shown by the example of Suzhou Industrial Park. Finally, some short conclusions are made.
